How is the Oocyte Donation Process Performed?
- Initial Evaluation:
Both partners undergo fertility assessment, including hormonal, genetic, and uterine evaluations, to determine suitability for egg donation. - Donor Selection:
We work with registered, medically screened, and legally compliant egg donors. Donors are selected based on health, age, and physical characteristics to match the recipient’s profile as closely as possible. - IVF and Fertilization:
The donor’s eggs are retrieved after hormonal stimulation. These eggs are then fertilized with the partner’s (or donor’s) sperm through IVF or ICSI in a controlled laboratory environment. - Embryo Transfer:
The resulting embryo(s) are carefully transferred into the uterus of the intended mother after preparing her endometrium with hormonal support. - Pregnancy Confirmation:
A pregnancy test is done approximately two weeks later to confirm implantation and success.
