What is infertility? Infertility is generally defined as the inability to achieve pregnancy after one year (or longer) of regular, unprotected sexual intercourse.

Exercise & Nutrition

TRIMESTER I (0 to 13 weeks)

Walking is one of the best exercises and is recommended by most health professionals. Though it is a low impact exercise, considering its impact on the joints and heart, it helps the body fight against all sorts of chronic diseases. A 30-45 minute walk can help in reducing weight, decreasing chances of cardiovascular disorders, improving blood circulation, strengthening bones and muscles, and also boosting the body’s immune system. During pregnancy, walking has many benefits and helps the mother stay fit and healthy.

TRIMESTER II (14 to 28 weeks)

Many women who practice prenatal yoga and give birth at home, in birthing centers, or in any situation that they helped create, describe their labors as amazing. Because your pregnancy changes your center of gravity and balance levels, the handrail can provide added support. Refrain from carrying anything as you…
